- Our Role: VTmedi provides the Physical Therapists to handle the majority of all care and monitoring.
- Complete Management: We handle the enrollment, the monitoring, and the clinical follow-up.
- Efficiency: Your practice benefits from the RTM program without adding any burden to your current medical staff.
The VTmedi “Patient-First” Financial Policy
We believe technology should support health, not create financial stress.
- No Patient Invoicing: If insurance does not cover the service, we do not send an invoice to the patient for the remaining balance.
- Eligibility Guarantee: While we perform thorough eligibility checks prior to service, we absorb the risk if a claim is denied.
- Continued Care: If insurance stops payment, we stop our professional PT services, but the patient keeps access to the app. They can continue using our vendor’s library of 2,500+ exercise videos for free, without any further billing to the insurance or the patient.
